"The Cheese Dairy Trail of La Gruyère" is a refreshing change of scenery – a walk through forests, chalets and meadows to discover the cheeses of the region.

What better way to unwind on the beautiful days of an Indian summer?

To begin, make your way to Pringy by bus or train to visit La Maison du Gruyère. From there, you can follow the trail up to the village of Moléson-sur-Gruyère, at an altitude of 1,100 m.

That's where you'll find the Fromagerie d'Alpage, the place to enjoy one of the finest fondues around! Tried and approved by our team.

Public transport will take you from Moléson-sur-Gruyère back to Bulle and the Hôtel D Bulle.

And for the more intrepid among you, keen to make the magic last, the trail can also be walked in the opposite direction all the way to Bulle.
